Model Release — Full Terms

This Model Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned Model ("Model") and Heiko Kanzler ("Photographer").

By signing this Agreement, the Model confirms and agrees to the following:

1. Consent

The Model voluntarily agrees to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by the Photographer during the agreed session.

The Model understands and agrees that the resulting photographs and video recordings may be edited and published in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

The Model further understands and agrees that behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos may be recorded and used by the Photographer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, portfolios and similar marketing materials.

2. Grant of Rights

The Model grants the Photographer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and otherwise use the resulting photographs and other visual media.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• websites
• social media
• online portfolios
• printed portfolios
• magazines
• exhibitions
• books
• editorial publications
• promotional and marketing materials

Neither party may sell, license or otherwise make the photographs or other visual media available to third parties for payment without the prior written agreement of both parties. The photographs and other visual media will not be used on pornographic, adult-content, escort or subscription-based adult platforms (such as OnlyFans) unless separately agreed in writing by both the Model and the Photographer.

3. Image Editing

The Photographer may edit, crop, retouch, colour grade, enhance, restore or otherwise modify the photographs using standard photographic editing techniques and software as part of the normal creative workflow.

Such edits shall not intentionally misrepresent the Model.

4. Compensation

Any agreed compensation is documented within this Release Form.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Model shall not receive any additional royalties, licence fees or further compensation from future publication or use of the photographs.

5. Additional Notes

Any additional agreements, restrictions or permissions entered into the Additional Notes section of this Release Form shall form an integral part of this Agreement.

In the event of any conflict, the Additional Notes shall take precedence over the standard terms of this Agreement.

6. Age and Legal Capacity

The Model confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Release Form is used solely for identification, communication and documentation relating to this Agreement.

The Photographer will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.

9. Entire Agreement

This Release Form, together with any Additional Notes entered into it, constitutes the complete agreement between the Photographer and the Model regarding the photographs created during the session.

No verbal agreement shall supersede this written Agreement unless confirmed in writing by both parties.

Acceptance

By signing this Release Form, both parties confirm that they have read, understood and agree to the terms set out above.
